Mount Anthony won the last time they faced Hoosick Falls and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Patriots walked away with a 6-2 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Reily Granger tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jacoby Dicranian, who scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Riley Armstrong, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Mount Anthony's record is now 2-0-1. As for Hoosick Falls, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Anthony will challenge Fair Haven at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hoosick Falls, they will square off against Salem at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
