Volleyball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph managed to slip by Tolman the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Blue Devils lost 3-0 to the Tigers on Wednesday. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Randolph took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-19, 25-24.

Randolph has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Tolman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Randolph will head out to face off against Milton at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Tolman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
