Bronson Lloyd Game Report: vs Grape Creek

Merkel came out on top against Grape Creek on Tuesday thanks in part to Bronson Lloyd's efforts. Lloyd was dynamite, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

Lloyd and Merkel will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Clyde at 7:00 p.m. on March 21st.
