Baseball Game Preview: Calabasas Coyotes vs. Newbury Park Panthers

For the second straight game, Calabasas will face off against Newbury Park. The Coyotes will venture away from home to take on the Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Calabasas is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Newbury Park with a sharp 15-5 victory on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Coyotes considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

For Newbury Park's part, Jack Janton was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and three RBI. Alan Espinal was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Calabasas' win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Newbury Park, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
