Baseball Recap: Lynn Vo-Tech Comes Up Short

Lynn Vo-Tech entered their game against Mystic Valley Regional on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Tigers took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly four runs.

Eddie Lewis Jr made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Lynn Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Mystic Valley Regional, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.
