Desert Hot Springs took down Big Bear on Friday, a win that might not have happened without Jaylen Turner's performance. Turner threw for 182 yards and three TDs. The effort also marked the most rushing yards (12) he has had since back in October of 2024.

Turner and Desert Hot Springs are taking a road trip to square off against Yucca Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Eagles have some work to do to even out the 1-8 series between these two since October of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
