Volleyball Recap: Muir Comes Up Short

Muir was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glendale Nitros. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Nitros this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Muir's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Glendale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Muir is set to take on their familiar foe Crescenta Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Glendale will face off against rival Pasadena at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
