Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity lost against Lubbock Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chargers came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Lubbock Christian scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-17.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-2. As for Lubbock Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trinity will challenge rival Lake Country Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lubbock Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Temple Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
