Baseball Game Preview: Mannford Pirates vs. Bristow Pirates

Mannford will venture away from home to challenge Bristow at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mannford has given up an average of 8.3 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Mannford managed to slip by Bristow the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Mannford lost 18-9 to Bristow on Monday. Mannford's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Mason Harvey made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Kayden Leslie also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Mannford now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Bristow, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-4.
