Soccer Recap: Campbell County Falls Short Against Ranked Cooper

Campbell County faced Cooper in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Camels fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 2-1.

Campbell County now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Cooper, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Campbell County is taking a road trip to challenge Conner at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Campbell County are facing Conner at the right time seeing as Conner are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Cooper, they will face off against Lafayette at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lafayette's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
