Ovilla Christian waltzed into their contest on Thursday with 18 straight wins... but they left with 19. They blew past the Alcuin Hawks 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ovilla Christian was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-9, 25-14.

Ovilla Christian can attribute much of their success to Gracie Scott, who had eight digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave Scott a new career-high in assists (eight).

Despite the loss, Alcuin still got an impressive performance from Juliana Sanchez, who had 11 digs.

Ovilla Christian's record now sits at 25-3-1. As for Alcuin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-4.
