Soccer Recap: Eagle Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Timberline

Eagle faced Timberline in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Mustangs came up short against Wolves, falling 4-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Timberline this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Eagle's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6-3. As for Timberline, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 13-1-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Eagle nor Timberline have any future games scheduled.
