Eastpointe had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.6 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 53-7 win over the Old Redford Academy Ravens. The Shamrocks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 21 points or more this season.

Eastpointe pushed their record up to 9-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.5 points over those games. As for Old Redford Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
