Basketball Recap: Greenbrier Bobcats vs. Station Camp Bison
Greenbrier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 55-44 to the Station Camp Bison. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bison this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-46 back in January.
Station Camp was led to victory by Seth Bailey and Ty Thurston. Bailey went 8 for 11 on his way to 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Thurston went 6 of 8 en route to 17 points in addition to six assists and five boards. Bailey is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last five games he's played. Turner Moore was another key player, putting up five points and five assists.
Greenbrier's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Station Camp, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.
