Football Game Preview: Hinkley Thunder vs. Littleton Lions + How To Watch

The Hinkley Thunder will venture away from home to challenge the Littleton Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hinkley's offense hasn't had much luck over their past nine contests, but Thursday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hinkley's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Holy Family on Friday. They had to suffer through a 62-0 loss at the hands of the Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Thunder can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked 184th, while the Tigers are ranked 40th).

Meanwhile, Littleton played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 59-6 loss at the hands of Lutheran. Littleton hasn't had much luck with Lutheran recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Hinkley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Littleton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Hinkley beat Littleton 26-13 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thunder since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
