Baseball Recap: Granite Bay Takes a Loss

Granite Bay lost against Jesuit on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grizzlies came up short against the Marauders, falling 9-3. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Granite Bay saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Liam Brown, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Granite Bay's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Jesuit, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

Granite Bay will welcome Whitney at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Grizzlies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jesuit, they will challenge Bradshaw Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
