That was a full 38.1% of Keller Central's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Amanda Mcnary, who put up eight points and nine rebounds.
Even though they lost, Keller Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
Meanwhile, Timber Creek earned a 39-28 win over Bell on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.
Timber Creek's win came from a few key players Keller Central will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jillian Topping, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 15 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Selah Armstrachan was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.
Timber Creek is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. As for Keller Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-16.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Keller Central has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 27 boards per game. However, it's not like Timber Creek struggles in that department as they've been averaging 29.6 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
