Baseball Recap: Attica Red Ramblers vs. West Central Trojans
Attica made up a huge gap compared to their last game against West Central, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Red Ramblers were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Trojans on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Ramblers considering their two-run performance the match before.
Cullen Driver made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
