Softball Recap: Oakland's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Oakland waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 9-4 win over the Bandon Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Oakers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2016.

Oakland pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Bandon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Oakland wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-4 victory against Bandon/Pacific on the 29th. Bandon has also already played their next game (against Gold Beach), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
