Softball Recap: Martin Find Success

While Martin's win against Fennville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Clippers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Blackhawks 8-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Clippers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Martin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Fennville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Martin and Fennville will both be playing Allegan the next time they take the field. The Clippers will host the Tigers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Blackhawks will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
