Football Recap: Western Tech & Environmental Science Takes a Loss

Western Tech & Environmental Science was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Sparrows Point Pointers and fell 41-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Wolverines were not able to get on the board.

Western Tech & Environmental Science's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Sparrows Point, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Western Tech & Environmental Science will take on Eastern Tech at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Sparrows Point, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Towson at 6:30 p.m. on the 30th.
