Softball Recap: Glenbrook South Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Glenbrook South can now relate to. They lost 12-1 to the Stevenson Patriots on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Titans couldn't push the score so high this time.

Glenbrook South saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ruby Garrett, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. That stolen base marked the first that Garrett has snagged this season.

Glenbrook South's loss dropped their record down to 7-24. As for Stevenson, their win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-3.

As of now, neither Glenbrook South nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
