Recap: Montgomery Central Indians vs. LEAD Academy Panthers        
        
		
            
 The Montgomery Central Indians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Tuesday after their third straight loss. The  contest between Montgomery Central and LEAD Academy wasn't particularly close, with Montgomery Central falling  70-56. Even though they lost, Montgomery Central's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.2 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
 Montgomery Central's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  Christian Fox, who  scored 21 points along with 7  rebounds, and  Drew Yarbrough who  scored 16 points along with 7  assists. Yarbrough scored a full 28.6% of Montgomery Central's points, the second time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was  Malik Peterson, who  scored 10 points along with 5  assists and 5  rebounds.
 Montgomery Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for LEAD Academy, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
 Montgomery Central will play host again and welcome Houston County, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Houston County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for LEAD Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Valor College Prep at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
