Start has gone 10-0 against Bowsher recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Start Spartans are taking a road trip to challenge the Bowsher BlueRacers at 7:30 p.m. Start's defense has only allowed 28.4 points per game this season, so Bowsher's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Start is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Arbor Prep just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 52-39 to the Gators. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Spartans came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 106th in Ohio, while the Gators are ranked 231st in Michigan).

Meanwhile, Bowsher had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.4 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Thursday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 63-6 win over the Blue Devils. The BlueRacers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 23 points or more this season.

Start's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-1. As for Bowsher, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Start strolled past Bowsher in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a score of 49-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Start since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
