Tuscola is 9-1 against East Henderson since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Tuscola Mountaineers will look to defend their home field against the East Henderson Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Tuscola will be strutting in after a win while East Henderson will be coming in after a defeat.

Tuscola proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Swain County 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mountaineers have posted since March 7, 2024.

Meanwhile, East Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to Franklin.

East Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Tuscola, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Tuscola took their win against East Henderson in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-0. Does Tuscola have another victory up their sleeve, or will East Henderson turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
