Soccer Game Preview: Felton Grove vs. Cary

The Felton Grove Galaxy will head out on the road to challenge the Cary Imps at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Felton Grove's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for ten straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Felton Grove's offense. They lost 5-0 to Cardinal Gibbons on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Felton Grove can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 456th, while Cardinal Gibbons are ranked 143rd).

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Cary was not quite Sanderson's equal in the second half on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.

Felton Grove's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Cary, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
