Frankston was the 3-0 winner over Kerens when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. Frankston took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kerens on Friday. The Indians' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Frankston's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Kerens, they now have a winning record of 9-8-1.

Looking ahead, Frankston will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Wortham at 4:30 p.m. Wortham has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.17 runs per game on average), something Frankston will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kerens, they will face off against LaPoynor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
