BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Bloomington South (Bloomington, Ind.) fell 45-24 to Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, Ind.).

Perry Meridian grew its lead to 25 points entering the fourth quarter. PM scored two times in the third, including once on a Conner Smith touchdown pass to Andrew Robinson.

The win was a nice bounce back for the Falcons, who lost to Terre Haute North Vigo last week, 42-28. The defeat comes as a step back for Bloomington South, who notched a 35-14 victory over Columbus North in its previous outing. The victory snapped Perry Meridian's two-game losing streak.

Bloomington South (3-6) goes up against Martinsville in a playoff game matchup next week, while Perry Meridian (5-4) locks horns with Southport also in a playoff game.
