Basketball Recap: Vallivue Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nampa last Monday, Vallivue came back down to earth. The Vallivue Falcons took a hard 74-56 fall against the Bishop Kelly Knights on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Knights this season, with their most recent loss being a 55-53 defeat last Wednesday.

Vallivue has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. Bishop Kelly is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Vallivue nor Bishop Kelly have any future games scheduled.
