Basketball Game Preview: Rogue River Chieftains vs. Douglas Trojans

The Rogue River Chieftains will take on the Douglas Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rogue River hasn't scored more than 18 points for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Last Tuesday, Rogue River took a blow against Camas Valley, falling 61-18.

Douglas might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 60-21 to Sweet Home, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now lost three in a row.

Rogue River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Douglas, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Rogue River beat Douglas 40-32 in their previous meeting back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rogue River since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
