Kearney Catholic won the last time they faced Hershey and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kearney Catholic Stars were the clear victor by a 57-35 margin over the Hershey Panthers. The Stars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 22 points or more this season.

Leading Kearney Catholic to victory were Owen Axmann and Zac Conner. Axmann posted 23 points in addition to six boards and four steals, while Conner scored 13 points and six rebounds. That's the most points Axmann has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Oliver Sharp, who had seven points and six boards.

The victory made it two in a row for Kearney Catholic and bumps their season record up to 10-8. As for Hershey, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Kearney Catholic will host Scotus at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hershey, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 78-54 defeat against Maywood/Hayes Center on the 6th.
