St. Francis put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Paideia Pythons 90-38. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 21 points or more this season.

St. Francis got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Desi Taylor out in front who shot 6-for-9 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 assists. Those 20 points gave Taylor a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ameila Basit, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.

St. Francis smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.

St. Francis' win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.0 points per game. As for Paideia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

St. Francis and Josey will compete for holiday cheer at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Josey will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something St. Francis surely won't give up without a fight. As for Paideia, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mount Pisgah Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
