Baseball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

Glenn lost against East Forsyth back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Glenn Bobcats fell 4-1 to the East Forsyth Eagles. The game marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Glenn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Smith, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI. Logan Stump also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Glenn and nudges their season record down to 4-3. That patch can't be blamed on the team's pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for East Forsyth, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.
