Volleyball Recap: Highland Takes a Loss

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Front Range Christian Falcons. While the Huskies didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Falcons 25-11 in the first set.

Highland started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 11-25, 25-23, 25-20, 25-17.

Kailey Lesquier paced Highland's offense, picking up nine kills. Lesquier got some help from Leah Varra and her ten assists. Lesquier was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
