Basketball Game Preview: McIntosh Chiefs vs. Temple Tigers

The McIntosh Chiefs and the Temple Tigers will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

McIntosh's tournament run continued when they took on M.L. King on Saturday. McIntosh walked away with a 43-33 win over M.L. King. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chiefs.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Temple faced off against Newnan on Saturday. Temple secured a 41-37 W over Newnan. The 41-point effort marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

McIntosh's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Temple, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
