Thornwell scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Ware Shoals Hornets, falling 97-74. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (64), the Saints still had to take the loss.

Charles Callaham continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Ware Shoals, dropping a double-double with 46 points and 15 rebounds. Those 46 points gave Callaham a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayce Medlin, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 13 boards.

Thornwell's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Ware Shoals, their win bumped their record up to 11-14.
