Softball Recap: Paramus Comes Up Short

Paramus extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to five on Wednesday, dropping them down to 0-3. They came up short against the Northern Highlands Highlanders, falling 12-6. For Northern Highlands' part, Brooke Altman was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was Altman's first of the season. Emme Kossar was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
