Volleyball Recap: Vandercook Lake Comes Up Short

Vandercook Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jonesville Comets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 7th.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-13.

Vandercook Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Jonesville, their victory bumped their record up to 18-19-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Vandercook Lake will challenge rival Napoleon at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Jonesville is set to take on their familiar foe Addison at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
