Meanwhile, Trinity Catholic came into Saturday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 62-49 victory over Meadowbrook Academy on Saturday. That 13 point margin sets a new team best for the Celtics this season.

Trinity Catholic's win came from a few key players Mount Dora will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Julian Mendez, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 20 points in addition to eight assists and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadiel Jimenez, who posted 18 points and five rebounds.

Mount Dora's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Trinity Catholic, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6.
