Bowie lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Pewitt, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's match. The Pirates blew past the Brahmas 13-5 on Tuesday. Considering the Pirates have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Bowie is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Pewitt, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5.

Bowie will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Brahmas: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
