After a string of three wins, Snowflake's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 53-52 to the Winslow Bulldogs. The Lobos were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 64-52.
Isaac David was his usual excellent self, going 11 for 18 en route to 28 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals for Winslow. David's evening made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Izaak Panana was another key player, putting up five points and five boards.
Snowflake's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 10-6. As for Winslow, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.
