Holly lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Lake Fenton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's match. The Bronchos were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Blue Devils on Thursday. This was payback for the Bronchos, who suffered a 5-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Holly has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lake Fenton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

Holly wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-3 defeat against Kettering on the 10th. As for Lake Fenton, they will challenge Corunna at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Devils are facing the Cavaliers at the right time seeing as the Cavaliers are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
