Volleyball Game Preview: Fremd Vikings vs. Rolling Meadows Mustangs

The Fremd Vikings will venture away from home to take on the Rolling Meadows Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Fremd saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Crystal Lake Central.

Meanwhile, Rolling Meadows was able to grind out a solid victory over Hoffman Estates on Thursday, taking the game 2-0. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17.

Fremd's victory bumped their record up to 23-7. As for Rolling Meadows, the win got them back to even at 16-16.

Fremd beat Rolling Meadows 2-0 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
