Softball Recap: St. Frederick Continues Road Dominance on Saturday

Stanley typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday St. Frederick proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 win over the Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since April 6, 2024.

St. Frederick pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Stanley, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-5.

St. Frederick wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 5-3 win against Airline on the 29th. As for Stanley, they will square off against Oakdale at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
