Hazard had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.4 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Thursday. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 46-40 W against the Knott County Central Patriots. Given the Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Patriots are ranked 115th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
