Baseball Recap: Texans Baseball Homeschool Wins Going Away Against Cedar Creek

Texans Baseball Homeschool saw some tournament action on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Cedar Creek Eagles as the Texans Baseball Homeschool Texans made off with a 10-1 victory. The Texans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by nine runs or more this season.

Texans Baseball Homeschool got a big performance out of Brooks Shore, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4. Shore also hit two doubles, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Easton Odom, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.

Shore wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Texans Baseball Homeschool kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in three consecutive matches.

The win got Texans Baseball Homeschool back to even at 4-4. As for Cedar Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Texans Baseball Homeschool will welcome Texas Wind at 12:35 p.m. on March 15th. Texans Baseball Homeschool is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Cedar Creek, they will host Pflugerville Connally at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
