Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grand Oaks). They blew past the Willis Wildkats 8-0 on Friday. The Grizzlies have beaten the Wildkats the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Wildkats has come to flipping the script.

Grand Oaks' victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2. As for Willis, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9-2.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Caney Creek the next time they take the pitch. Grand Oaks will head out to face Caney Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Willis will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
