Basketball Recap: Jackson County Central Takes a Loss

Jackson County Central lost against Waseca back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Jackson County Central Huskies fell to the Waseca Bluejays 75-71.

Jackson County Central's loss dropped their record down to 21-4. As for Waseca, the win keeps them at an undefeated 24-0.

Coming up, Jackson County Central will challenge Luverne at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Luverne's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Waseca, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Bluejays duke it out with the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waseca knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 24 matches -- so hopefully Windom likes a good challenge.
