Recap: Glasgow Dragons vs. Dickinson Rams
The Glasgow Dragons had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 44.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against Dickinson by a score of 25-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Glasgow also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Glasgow's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jamar Smith led the charge by rushing for 119 yards. Walter Bess also helped out as he racked up 101 rushing yards.
Glasgow's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Dickinson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glasgow will take on McKean at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Delaware (McKean is ranked 43rd, while Glasgow is ranked 41st). As for Dickinson, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Elizabeth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Elizabeth is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
