The McClintock Chargers will head out on the road to take on the Sierra Linda Bulldogs at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last Friday, while McClintock put up some runs, the same can't be said for Sierra Linda. McClintock blew past Sierra Linda 10-0. The victory was just what McClintock needed coming off of a 14-3 loss in their prior game.
Javier Alvarado made a splash while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Alvarado was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs, a triple, and an RBI.
In other batting news, Jack Nemecek was excellent, going 1-for-2 with a triple, a stolen base, and a run. Brayan Moreno Paredes was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
